[OldNorth] Who owns the alleys in OND?

Hello OND residents,This morning, to satisfy my own curiosity regarding who might be the owners (to date) of the alleys in OND (only) between 6 and 7th st. from B to G st, I called the planning department C of D and spoke with Tom Callinan in that department.  Hi title is Development Services Technician.When I ask him about "who owns the alleys in OND" he pulled the maps that would answer the question.  His observation and answer is that the city owns these alleys (yep, all of them). I don't know how or where Donna got her information that states otherwise but I chose to go by what is recorded and documented.My offer of use with my weed wacker still stands.  I am happy to conduct a hands on demo workshop for interested parties.  Lets make OND foxtail free.Attached is a colored drawing of what I though a future OND map might look like if we not only owned the alleys but the streets as well with ADUs and Jr. ADUs proliferated unabated.
