Dear neighbors:

Contrary to appearance, I have NOT abandoned my house.  It is my home; 
my life and spirit are there.  Some of the offers I've received for it 
are unbelieveable!  But it is not for sale.  I intend to fix it up, 
starting immediately.  But I am going to need a lot of help because most 
of the help that I thought I was going to have was not available.

I have had a very hard time getting started on it, primarily because a 
couple of people who are supposed to be helping me have been actively 
trying to keep me from even being there. These people say that they are 
concerned for my safety and health; but they don't have knowledge of my 
abilities, disabilities, or the characteristics and needs of my rather 
unusual case of "Parkinson's".  When I'm not in a "bad" spell I am quite 
capable of physical and mental activity more difficult than  that of 
somebody very much younger than I (I am 73).

I will pay reasonably ($) for skilled help, and any level of assistance 
will be appreciated. I'll post in the Old North section of Neighborhoods 
when I need something specific.
