Hi title is Development Services Technician.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">When I ask him about "who owns the alleys in OND" he pulled the maps that would answer the question. His observation and answer is that the city owns these alleys (yep, all of them). I don't know how or where Donna got her information that states otherwise but I chose to go by what is recorded and documented.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">My offer of use with my weed wacker still stands. I am happy to conduct a hands on demo workshop for interested parties.
