[env-trinity] 2024/25 CDFW Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 42 (October 21)

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 42 (Oct 21).

Trinity River Hatchery was on their spawning break during JW 42, so no data for that site.
Junction City weir is starting to see their numbers of fall Chinook pick up and got their first coho of the year as well.
We had a little gravel mining operation going on the bar next to our trap at Willow Creek weir last week which may have slowed down our catch there, or maybe it was just the otters…

Fingers crossed that with the rain coming in we get a nice push of fish.

Here’s proof there are fish in the river, and some of them are even fishable… 😉
