Please place recycle materials in proper containers.  The cardboard bin is near the trash dumpster.  If you don't know, please ask somebody.  Davis Waste Removal will not dump containers with improper materials.

ACADEMICS/CAREERS/OPPORTUNITIES:  Get ready for the world premiere of "The Eden Project."  Imagine an Earthless-life and the fate of the human race resting on 6 teenagers.  You'll love this sci-fi piece!  Performances are March 4th, 5th, 10th, 11th, 12th at 7:00 pm and March 6th at 2:00 pm in the IPAB/Brunelle Theater.

Attention all DHS students:  Blue Devil hooded Sweatshirts are in!  Please come to the Finance window to purchase, cost is $20... First come first serve... They will sell out quickly!

Hey NHS!  We will be having Semester 2 registration February 1st through 12th.  Bring your ID, $5, transcript from Semester 1 and hour sheet if you are an active member.  Registration will be held outside S-12 @lunch.  See you there!

Grad Night! Every graduating senior in Davis (Da Vinci, DSIS, King and DHS) is welcome to celebrate at this all-night, off-the-hook, alcohol/drug-free party on Friday, June 10. Applications are now available to seniors interested in giving a speech during the 2016 Graduation Ceremony.  Please ask Ms. Carmen Schnathorst for a Graduation Speech Application.  The application and typewritten speech are due April 1, 2016 by 4p.m.  Finalists will be invited to a live audition the week of April 11, 2016. Speakers will be chosen and notified by April 22, 2016.

Attention AP Students: AP exams are available for purchase in the Webstore now!  $97 per test.  No refunds, so purchase carefully.  Stay tuned for more information, including dates for in person sales in March.

If you are a junior boy or junior girl interested in government, come to the Career Center to apply for the American Legion Boys State and Girls State all-expense paid summer programs.  Students will actively participate in all phases of creating and running a working government. Those who apply must be strong academically, have leadership skills and an interest in community and government. Deadline to apply is February 12.  Applications are available in the Career Center.

CLUBS: Are you interested in learning more about a TEDX event right here at DHS?  Do you want to speak at or plan the event?  Come to P-25 every Friday to learn more and help with the event!

Gender fluid refers to a gender which varies over time.  Want to learn more and eat some free snacks?  Come to the Gay-Straight Alliance meeting this Friday, 2/12 at lunch in Room L-20, Mr. Wheeler's room.

Attention all CSF members!  CSF registration begins on Tuesday, February 16th and ends on Friday, February 26th, every day at lunch in front of Room P-13 (Ms. O'Brien's room).  Make sure to bring $5, last semester's report card, completed pink sheet and if you are a returning member, the green hour sheet.  Hope to see you there!
