[OldNorth] Old North Agenda Thursday @ 6pm via Zoom

Attached is the agenda for our meeting this Thursday beginning at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom. Our first item will be an update for the potential developer of the Hibbert site in response to our comments last month. It is my understanding this will be a brief presentation from the project architect with another opportunity for questions and comments.  I will limit this discussion to no more than 30 minutes so we may consider other business as well at this meeting.

Attached are draft minutes from new Secretary Melody Boyer (preview: an amazing job).  Also attached is a revised analysis of the historical resource aspects of the 4-unit infill project immediately behind the building at 523 G Street.  (preview: the report concludes the project would have no impact on the historic resource).

We will discuss goals during the second half of the meeting, so please consider a few items you believe we can accomplish this year.  I have included a few prompts on the agenda.
