[OldNorth] New Brown Act Agenda Publication Requirements

As a quasi-official unit of the City of Davis, the ONDNA has certain 
obligations to act in an "open government" fashion and these obligations 
may include practices regarding the advance publication of information 
on its official meetings.

I have just learned that Brown Act requirements regarding the 
publication of agendas will change on January 1, 2019. These changes are 
outlined in the attached PDF article by two attorneys who specialize in 
these topics.

ONDNA officials may want to consider the implications of these changes 
for how that organization operates.
