[OldNorth] OED: Neighborhood Meeting Thursday July 28th on MixedUse Zone Amendments

To whom was Worley's invitation (cited below in the Old East email)
addressed and when was it sent? 

I have just viewed the archives of both the Old North Board and
the general Old North Neighborhood Association email lists for
the month of July to date, and Worley's invitation isn't there,
except as an inclustion in the OED email quoted below. 

Nor do I have it in my own Old North email file. So who exactly
got Worley's invitation??
