and also:  roof gutters full of sycamore leaves from the latest 
die-off, sycamore leaves in the street gutters accumulating sprinkler 
run-off (rake and sweep your gutters to eliminate this source), 
vehicles seldom used or abandoned (6th Street between D and E pick-up 
truck) that have accumulated moisture in the beds.
