1008 3rd Street - Proposed Construction of New Single Family Residence
  Design Review #48-04, PA #100-04 

This notice is to inform the public that the City 
has received an application proposing 
construction of a new single family dwelling 
located at 1008 3rd Street: 
ß 2-stories / 1,590 sf / 3 bedrooms + 2.5 baths
ß 5' side yard setback on south side 2nd story
ß 362 sf attached 1-car garage
ß 2 required parking spaces: provided in garage and driveway 
ß Building height: 25' at the highest point 

At a date to be determined, the City will conduct 
a Neighborhood Meeting to solicit comments 
regarding the proposed project.
At a date to be determined, the City's Historic 
Resource Management Commission will conduct an 
advisory review of the project. 
Following the advisory review, the City of Davis 
Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing 
on the project application. 

Property owners within a 500'foot radius of the 
project site, and the Old East Neighborhood 
Association, will receive notice of the date and 
time of the public meetings.
