[OldNorth] a lost letter?

Old Northers --

A letter just arrived through our door addressed to Ines Maria Ochoa

It is a card and is very clearly addressed to our address, with a 
note to please pass this on to her.

I don't think we have the pleasure of knowing this person.

Before I return it to sender, I thought I would see if this was meant 
to be delivered to someone else in Old North.

Ring any bells??
