[OldNorth] Fwd: Visioning Workshop for B Street

Dear Old North Neighbors:
	Please take careful note of the message below.
	This "Visioning" process may appear unrelated to us because it 
concerns "B" Street, but the outcome of decisions there may well affect 
and, some of us believe, erode the Residential Design Guidelines in 
ways that could be harmful to our neighborhood and Old East.  It is 
being driven by major development proposals that, in preliminary 
formulations, are not confined to this part of town.
	Our support will also be important to our neighbors in the 
University/Rice Lane area, and their fledgling association.
	I encourage you to become informed, and attend this meeting prepared 
to speak on behalf of your vision of the scale, ambience, diversity and 
character of the residential neighborhoods around the core area of 
town.
