[OldNorth] parking district survey

I received a parking district survey from the City today.

Nowhere on it was any mention of the proposed parking solution we made - 
it's just Yes, we want an exclusive parking district with permits; or No; 
or "Other - please specify".

Have we been ignored with regard to our proposal?

I checked No and Other, and specified "the parking plan proposed by the Old 
North Neighborhood Association..."

Do we need to make some noise about this?
