[OldNorth] Public meeting on 5th Street re-laning

Uh, I just noticed this on the City web site today---how long has this been 
up?

Reading the study, it's disappointing that what was performed wasn't a 
*transportation* study but a study about *car speeds*.   They don't seem to 
have much to say about safety (pedestrian, auto, or bike), etc.
