[OldNorth] 530 F letter to Council

ONers,

In Word, I attach a copy of a letter I have sent to members of the 
Davis City Council.

Not wanting to wear out my welcome at the Enterprise (I have had two 
items there in recent weeks), I have not sent it as a letter to the 
editor.

However, others might write letters using the line of argument and 
the three cases (and/or other cases).
