[env-trinity] 2024/25 CDFW Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 30

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through Julian week 30 (July 29th).
An incredibly unimpressive number of fish were trapped at Junction City weir in JW30, which hopefully is not indicative of the rest of the season (and yes, we've checked the trapline for holes).
We're going to float the upper river to see what might have gotten by us before we were able to get the weir in for the season, we've heard from some river watchers they've seen a lot of both spring Chinook and steelhead headed upstream.

I will have JW 31 summary out within the next day or two, I just wanted to try to catch up for time off ASAP.
