[env-trinity] 2022/23 CDFW Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 31

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 31 (August 5).
There was a landslide up Dutch Creek (probably as a result of a downpour on a burn scar) that sullied the river to the extent that we did not trap Sunday or Monday nights, so it was a short trapping week at Junction City weir.
The water temperature appears to have peaked for the summer and the (unfortunate) wildfires in and around Willow Creek will provide smokey shade to the river so that cooling trend will likely continue.
