[env-trinity] 2021/22 Trinity River Project trapping summary through Julian week 33

Greetings!
Attached please find the TRP trapping summary through JW 33 (Aug 19).
Same as last week, no trapping due to fire evacuations.
I was a little too doom and gloom last update about the fire. Not that it isn't horrible but a lot more personnel have since been assigned to the fire. To keep up to date (and to keep me from further speculation) check the link below if you're interested.

PS Willow Creek weir is going in next week (mid-week). We went out to scope the site yesterday and saw that it is TIME!
