[env-trinity] Regarding whether algae has been found in the Trinity

Yurok Tribe sampling efforts have found no detectable blue green algae
cells (Microcystis) or its toxin (microcystin) in the 3 samples taken on
the Trinity on Aug 24, Sep 8 and Sep 12, 2005.  Results for Sep 21 are
still pending.
