ATHLETICS: DHS field hockey will be doing a player/parent/guardian zoom session on Monday 5/24/2021 at 7pm.  We will go over information and dates for the Fall 2021 Field Hockey season.  The zoom link will be sent out on the DHS Field Hockey Band app or please email Coach Beth: ehogan at djusd.net<mailto:ehogan at djusd.net> for the link.  All interested athletes who will be in 9th-12th grade for Fall 2021 should join the zoom.

ACADEMICS/OPORTUNITIES/EVENTS/:  Students and Staff, you can get a $10 gift card just for taking a free COVID-19 test two weeks in a row! Pick up your DJUSD Super Tester stamp card at Vets Center, get tested and stamped, and trade your card for the $10 gift card after 5th period on Friday at the QUAD.  Also, when you are testing, drop a raffle ticket into the DHS box at the Vets Center and be entered to win a $500 Southwest Air Gift Card, or one of 3 other second-place prizes, worth $100 each.  Second place prizes are Air Pods, a skateboard from The Vault, or gift cards to Davis restaurants.  Drawing will be on June 7.  The Vets Center is open 8:30 - 4:15.

We are excited to celebrate your Senior and their accomplishments at our Davis Senior High School Class of 2021 Graduation Ceremonies! Below is specific information regarding our ceremonies.
Ceremony 1 will be held on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 8:00 pm for Seniors whose last names begin with letters A-K.
Ceremony 2 will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 8:00 pm for Seniors whose last names begin with letters L-Z. Seniors received a Google Form (RSVP for Graduation 2021) via CANVAS Portal requesting the following information:

  *   Senior's first and last names
  *   Phonetic pronunciation
  *   Accommodation needs
  *   Name and contact information of attendees
*Due to safety and health guidelines, graduates can RSVP for up to 4 tickets each.  Tickets will be grouped and randomly assigned.  In order to obtain all 4 tickets, graduates must identify attendees by name within the RSVP for Graduation 2021 Google Form.
This form must be filled out and submitted by 11:59 pm on May 21, 2021 in order for us to plan accordingly.  We highly recommend that you complete this form with your Senior to ensure accuracy.
**If your Senior chooses not to participate in the in-person ceremony, please have them indicate this on the Google Form. Seniors who choose not to participate in the in-person ceremony will still have their name read during the ceremony.   *   The Career Center would like to know if a senior received any scholarships not administered by the Career Center, such as scholarships from colleges or outside organizations. These outside scholarships will be announced in a virtual Senior Awards program that will be posted on the Career Center's webpage in June.
