THIS DAY IN HISTORY:  1932- Amelia Earhart became the first woman to fly across the U.S. non-stop. The trip from Los Angeles, CA to Newark, NJ, took about 19 hours.

DAILY EXPRESS MENU: Blue Devil Burger/Cajun Fries, BBQ Chicken Sandwich/ Cajun Fries, Pasta Primavera. Pepper jack double Cheese Burger w/ Guacamole serve/ Cajun Fries, Grilled Turkey and Feta Sandwich w/Garlic Aioli serve with Cajun Fries, Grilled Vegetable Sandwich on WG Sourdough w/ Garlic Aioli.

Cardiac Arrest & Concussion Info Meeting. Did you know that sudden cardiac arrest is now the leader of tragic injuries among high school athletes? Please join us on August 30th @ 7pm in the Brunelle Theatre to hear from Dr. Jeff Tanji and other location physicians regarding this topic. Dr. Tanji will also be presenting the annual concussion information presentation. All sports parents and athletes are encourage.
Come support your Blue Devil Athletes as we began our Fall Sport Season! On Friday, Girls Volleyball plays Vacaville Christian at 5:00 JV &6:00 Varsity and Football takes on Whitney at 5:00 JV & 7:15 Varsity. Go Blue Devils!
ACADEMICS/CAREERS/OPPORTUNITIES/EVENTS: GUITAR LESSONS: John Oster will be returning this year to give guitar lessons. He will be in room L-14 every Wednesday from 2:45pm to 4:00pm. Lesson will begin on September 6. Sign-ups with be in 15 minute increments. If interested please contact Courtney Tessler.
