REMINDER

1.         The DHS Men's Basketball season is just around the corner! A conditioning program is being held by the high school coaches for all interested athletes during the basketball dead period (Oct 18-Nov 7) on Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 5-6:30 PM at the DHS new gym and track. These sessions will primarily focus on strength training, endurance, speed, agility & quickness. It is very important for all players to attend in order to be in the best shape possible before the official tryouts. Try outs begin on Nov 8th for all levels. 2.         Are you ready to hand out the love? There will be a Random Acts of Kindness Club meeting this Wednesday in L-20 at lunch. Any new members are welcome!
