Hi All,

Please announce  and share  at will.      In case you get questions…
Experienced Ushers are not required to attend another orientation.   Everyone who ushered last year will receive an email asking them to complete a new contact info sheet for 2017-18 in order to remain eligible to Usher.   These will be available Sept 20th at 2:45 in the Lobby or for about a week afterwards from me in PA-10.

Brunelle Theater Volunteer Usher Program

Every year the Brunelle theater is home to over 125 public events, concerts, and performances.
In order to provide a smooth, safe and uniform experience for audience members,  students from any DJUSD High School are invited to join the Brunelle Student Usher Program.   Volunteers attend a one hour training session and can then sign up to Usher at events.  Students may wish to usher for volunteer and/or community service hours,  class credit,  or simply because of the fact that sometimes we get free cookies.

The upcoming trainings are  Tuesday Oct. 3 @  3:45pm   and Wednesday.  Oct. 4th @ 2:45 pm   (Attend only one session)  and meet in the Lobby of the Brunelle Theater.

Students who Ushered Last year and wish to continue, should complete a Returning Usher packet.  Packets will be available at House Manager Training  on Sept 20th at 2:45 in the Lobby,  or in PA-10 for the month of Sept.    House Manager Training will include a cover in depth the responsibilities of House Managing and provides the bonus of being the first to sign up for the fall events.
