[Dhsbb-jazz] Armadillo and Blaze Fundraiser Jan 26

Hi all, please see the message below from Mark, and contact him with any questions. Please spread the word on all your social media, invite your friends, family, and coworkers to this fun evening. Students, you too! This is your band that we're raising money for!

>> First, parent Mark Pollock will be playing and discussing 78 rpm records from the 20s, 30s, and 40s, from jazz, blues, hillbilly, Hawaiian, and doo-wop genres. Come see him at Armadillo Music (207 F St, Davis) from 3 - 6, and enjoy a beer at their new space, The Bootleg. A percentage of sales will go to the band boosters.

>> Following that, join fellow families just across the street at Blaze Pizza (212 F St., Davis) from 5 - 8, where 20% of sales will come to the band boosters as well. You will need to bring or show a flyer in person and hand it to the cashier before you are rung up. (Online and phone orders will not count. Also, we are not allowed to hand out flyers inside the store or outside the doors of the store.)

>> Remember, there are no football games on the 26th, so come out and support our DHS bands!

>> Attached are the flyers for Blaze, there are smaller ones for you to print out and distribute (students, take them to school and give out!) and a larger one to post to social media.
