7:30 pm: Band Booster meeting: hopefully will be short
8 pm: Orchestra chaperones come to sign for and receive student meal money from Rob.  All chaperones, Tom and Angelo, stay for a short trip meeting going over final details.

If this is ok with all of you, I'll send an email to the entire band group (and Helen can send to orchestra).  I have all the chaperones, but I don't think I have a comprehensive list of all the other logistics volunteers and want to make sure I don't forget anyone.

Please let me know if this schedule is ok.
