[Dhsbb-jazz] DHS Jazz Band - New Orleans, LA (NOLA) trip deposit clarification

Hi Everyone,
Just a quick clarification on the GREEN sheets you received on Saturday.
If you were not there, please check with your student, as they now have the green forms.

The NOLA trip deposit is $75 (non-refundable), to hold the fantastic airline fare that Katie was able to get last week.
It is $100 less than the airfare from 4 years ago.  Not bad!
We only have 8 days to lock down the seats with a deposit from each person.
So we are asking for a response by the end of this week.

As Katie stated, it is important that you put down what you can pledge to support of the $1200 equivalent cost per student, so that we can determine if we will have sufficient funding to be able to move ahead with the planning process, locking down airline reservations, hotel & bus reservations, dinner, clinics, performances, events, etc.

There is also an option to go a chaperone or a groupie, but we need to know what people are thinking so we can proceed.
