Davis High Jazz Band plays free concert on Saturday

The Davis High School Jazz Band will give a free concert at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Davis Commons shopping center at First and E streets in downtown Davis.

Band director Tom Slabaugh says the student musicians will play tunes by Johnny Hodges, Duke Ellington, Billy Strayhorn and Toots Theilman as part of “Jazz at the Commons.”
