Please accept my invitation to join the DHS Jazz Band, DHS Concert and Symphonic Bands in performances this week. Here is a sneak peak to the wonderful music making happening this week...

Tuesday, December 9, 2014: DJUSD Jazz Extravaganza
    Come and enjoy music performed by the DaVinci, Emerson, Holmes, and Harper Junior High School Jazz Bands, the DHS Jazz Choir and the DHS Jazz Band. We will end the evening with a performance of Vince Guaraldi's classic work Christmas Time is Here, featuring the DHS Jazz Band and Choir. This will be a wonderful evening of great jazz!


Thursday, December 11, 2014: DHS Winter Rhapsody
    This event features the DHS Concert and Symphonic Bands in performance on a variety of classic band masterpieces, as well as season favorites. Music by David Holsinger, Vaclav Nelhybel, Leonard Mark Lewis, J.S. Bach, John Rutter, and P.D.Q. Bach (Charmingly edited by Professor Peter Schickele) . This will be a concert that you won't want to miss!

All concerts begin at 7:30pm at the Richard Brunelle Theater. Concerts are free and donations will be accepted at the door.
