[Dhsbb-jazz] READ- final packing list and trip information

Hi Band Families,
 
Attached is a FINAL packing list for the DISNEYLAND 2010 band trip.  Please take a minute to read it, as there are some important changes on it.  
 
Of special note:
 
1. Students will not need casual black performance outfits but all in the combined band will need concert blacks and the jazz band students should also bring their jazz band uniforms.
 
2.  Please bring your luggage to the IPAB between 7:15 and 11:00am on FRIDAY morning.
 
3. Students should meet at the busses outside the IPAB at the START of lunch on FRIDAY and bring a SACK LUNCH to eat on the bus.  
 
4.  Band trip t-shirts have been purchased for and will be provided to all students attending the trip once we arrive in Anaheim.  
 
5. Disneyland does not allow musicians to wear sandals, flip flops or black tennis shoes at performances.  Students should plan on wearing black socks or nylons (for women) during performances. 
 
6.  Students should bring sunscreen and are responsible for remembering to apply it frequently throughout each day.
