       Disneyland Spring Band Tour  2010     Friday  May 14th       7:15 - 
11:15 AM Bring luggage and instrument to  IPAB   Check in BEFORE you go to 
class  this morning  10:00 AM Road Crew to IPAB for Pre-Trip  
organization/prep  11:00 AM Busses arrive at  DHS  Noon Come to IPAB when class gets  out  
12:15 - 12:30 Depart DHS   Eat bag lunch en  route   Dinner and bathroom 
stops along  the way   Study period on bus (read or  sleep if you don't have 
any work to do)  9:30 – 10:30 PM Expected arrival (with 2 – 3 bus  stops 
along the way)  11:30  PM In rooms for chaperone  check  Midnight Lights Out     
Saturday  May 15th      7:30 AM Wake up  8:00 AM Breakfast  (available as 
early as 7  a.m.)   8:45 AM Meet in lobby for bus  loading   Wear:  Disney 
Trip Tee Shirt  Today   Bring:  Instrument  9:00 AM Depart for Saddleback 
College in  Mission Viejo  10:00 AM    Music Clinics  11:00 AM Break  11:15 AM 
Music  Seminar Groups (Theater, Rock,  Jazz)  12:15 PM Lunch (Subway  
Sandwiches)  1:15PM Shared Performances between DHS  groups and Saddleback College  
2:30 PM Load busses   3:00 PM Depart (or earlier if packed  up)  4:00 PM 
Pizza snack and drop off  equipment at hotel   DO NOT change clothes:  Wear 
trip shirt into  Disneyland  4:45 PM (or earlier) Depart for  Disneyland  5:00 
PM Arrive Disneyland (earlier if we  are all ready)    Fireworks are at 
9:25 p.m.   9:45  PM Early bus return  option  (immediately after  LEAVE FOR 
PARKING LOT IMMEDIATELY AFTER  FIREWORKS  fireworks)  Crowds will be heavy, 
and it will take 30 - 40 min. to get to the  bus    Recommend walking vs. tram 
at this time due to  crowds   BUS LEAVES at 10:15  (or as soon as folks 
have gotten to  bus)    Return to hotel - Study, Swim  11:00  PM Late  bus 
return option:  BUS LEAVES at 11:30     Allow 30 min. to exit park and get to 
bus    Walk or take tram to parking lot   BUS LEAVES at 11:30     At hotel,   
immediately and QUIETLY return to rooms  Midnight Lights  out

through Ball Gate (gate 7)   Folks admitted backstage 123  students/12 
chaperones /                      2 directors (everyone left on the busses) 20 
Students/2 Chaperones/2 directors + Mrs.  Lange  10:00 AM Workshop in West 
Rehearsal Hall Free time in the park  11:30 AM Done  -  all return to park     
JB kids can stay backstage, but it's recommended  you grab a quick snack IN 
TOON  TOWN and return to Arch for  Noon  meeting   12:00 Noon  Meet at Toon 
Town Entrance Arch  12:30 PM  Workshop Studio B  2:00 PM  Jazz workshop ends 
- Return to park  6:45  PM Leave Disneyland and  walk to Downtown Disney, 
House of Blues  Restaurant  7:00 PM House of Blues Blow Out Band  Party  
Mandatory check in  10:00  PM           Return to hotel (Pack, Study,  Swim)   
11:30  PM In room for chaperone  check   Midnight Lights out       Tuesday, 
May  18th        7:00 AM Wake up  (final room clean up)   7:45 AM Breakfast  
(available as early as 7  a.m.)    8:30 AM Final room check by  chaperone.  
After you are  checked out, take all belongings downstairs for loading onto 
the  bus   Wear:  Regular  clothes    Bring:  Everything!   9:00  AM         
Depart for Santa Monica  Pier   10:30 AM Hang out at Pier, beach  (NO 
Swimming)  Noon Be sure to buy lunch  here before departure  12:30 PM Depart for 
Davis    Study period on bus (read or sleep if you don't have any work  to 
do)   Dinner stop and 1 or 2 bathroom  stops en route  9:30  PM          
Arrive in Davis       MEALS  each DAY Provided Purchase  Individually  Friday
