[DHS Band Boosters - Jazz Band]

Dear Parents & Student Workers,
    Can you believe that Coconut Grove is only one week away?  This is just a reminder for those of you who have signed up for the various jobs, SET-UP on Friday and Saturday early afternoon as well as the various jobs for the event.
    We still NEED a few students to sign up to set up the auction items as well as help with distribution of those items to the new and proud owners.  If you are interested please let me know.
    Also, a reminder to those that have signed up to help at the event, the attire is black dress pants and white shirts, tops, but NO T-shirts please.  For those "MIXING" the drinks, only NICE, NEAT clothing is required, and an apron will be provided.
    One final AND important reminder.  BE SURE TO SIGN IN AND SIGN OUT so that we can tally all the time you worked.
