Republicans in control of the House since 2010 have never voted to approve a jobs bill. 

Their obstructionist attitude toward a black in the White House   has been consistent with the "massive resistance"     in the 1950s-1960s by bigots against blacks in schoolhouses ,after   the Brown v. Board of Education unanimous desegregation decision in 1954.
