Campus Democrat Officers, PLEASE ATTEND IF POSSIBLE. You can vote
ex-officio; just cannot make motions.
PLEASE NOTE -- THIS MEETING IS AT THE BLANCHARD ROOM OF THE DAVIS BRANCH
YOLO COUNTY LIBRARY.
The meeting starts at 7PM and will end before 9PM. We must vacate with the
room clean and in order by 9PM, which means adjourning at 8:50PM to be able
to clear tables and chairs and clean the room.
If you received your DDC board member folder, PLEASE BRING YOUR FOLDER TO
THE MEETING.
Please note that all Davis Democrat Club members are welcome to attend the
board meeting. Usually, we have several guests, both members and
non-members, at these meetings.

I. Introduction (5 minutes)

(Minutes for May are planned to be distributed -- VOTE.)
II. Treasurer's Report -- Betty Weir (5 minutes)
i. General finances and budget of the club
III. Future General Meetings (15 minutes)
i. Champagne Brunch date and program - Mike Syvanen, chair (Serious)
ii. 4th of July Booth in the Park (Moderate - 1 more meeting before
event)
iii. DDC participation at the Yolo County Fair Democratic Booth
(minor - 2 more meetings before event)
iv. Ben and Emily's Ice Cream Social on August 21 (very preliminary
prep)
IV. Recruitment of Replacement Board Members (10 minutes)
i. Bill Julian (needs to attend 2 board meetings)
ii. Sydney Vergis (needs to be approved by board)
iii. Other names submitted or being considered.
V. Budget Committee -- Bill Ritter Chair & Carl Schmid (5 minutes)
