[1st-mile-nm] Satellite Subsidies Will Widen Digital Divide in Rural America

Isn't this a major bug that the article points out?

CAF does support *stationary*, geo-synch, satellites, but they are fought
with the latency problem and likely higher costs. (No pun intended!).

Is CAF even considering low Earth orbit providers?
