Yes, mostly well done.

No mention of the significant challenges smaller providers face when trying
to take advantage of these subsidy programs.  The Draft RDOF Order
<https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-361785A1.pdf> was released
this week and unfortunately includes no changes to the current letter of
credit system.  WISPA and several others had proposed using performance
bonds, which would be far less difficult and expensive to acquire.
