Do 1st-Mile subscribers from the PRC have any more detail about this.  Will
Mescalero Apache Telecom. Inc. (MATI) continue to have a presence/role in the
Pojoaque telecom. arena?

Qwest, Pueblo of Pojoaque Reach Right-of-Way Agreement

Agreement Paves Way for Expanded High-Speed Internet

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Qwest Communications International Inc.
announced an agreement today that secures right-of-way for Qwest facilities
with the Pueblo of Pojoaque.  The agreement ensures communications services for
thousands of residents and businesses in parts of northern New Mexico.

The easement and rights-of-way agreement also paves the way for Qwest to
continue to expand its high-speed Internet and advanced communications
technology to benefit customers on the Pueblo of Pojoaque and in northern New
Mexico.

many people and organizations, especially the Pueblo of Pojoaque, to come
together,? said Loretta A. Armenta, Qwest New Mexico president.  ?At the

The agreement is for 15 years, with an option for renewal for an additional 15
years.
