Capitol Beer Fest Saturday, March 7th 2020 Reroute | Capitol Beer Fest On Saturday, March 7th 2020, from 6:00 am till 6:00 pm, Capitol Mall (between 3rd and 8th St.) will be closed due to the 10th annual Capitol Beer Fest event. Due to the closure, Yolobus Routes in Downtown Sacramento will be rerouted from 6:00 am till 6:00 pm on Saturday, March 7th 2020. The affected bus routes include: * Route 42A/42B - Intercity * Route 40 ? West Sacramento Local * Route 240 ?
