I would like to see a posted speed limit of 5 mph at each entrance of the alleys;would mitigate the dust issue.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">2. Please consider having the city powers that be look into having the alley's gravel replaced with interlocking moisture penetrating pavers or turf stone. IMHO, aesthetically pleasing, dust issues gone, less maintenance for the city.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">They would also be more inviting to walk down. Since heavy trucks (like Davis Waste) don't use the alleys, light trucks and autos being the only users, cost to do so wouldn't be as prohibitive compared to asphalt and or concrete (which I would be opposed to anyway).<br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Removing the gravel to a level to not have water runoff during winter rains would take care of the issue of drainage into adjacent properties. The removed dirt/gravel can be recycled for other uses by Public Works and or the County Landfill. <br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Thanks for your consideration,</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Lou<br></div><div><br></div>
