Will they be able to 'attend' the meeting? Isn't there a notice period required still, for meeting, agenda and/or bylaws changes?<br><br></div>

Wait - now that I think of it, I don't know how many seats are in play, or who occupies them... maybe the candidates could line up in front of a row of chairs that represent vacant BOD seats, then play "musical chairs" until all the seats` are filled. I hope that doesn't sound threatening, or disruptive - well, that can't happen anyway, it's a "virtual meeting". I have opinions about some things, as always; and a few possibly humorous things to say regarding the text of the mess age John kindly sent us , but I'll save them for when/if I'm asked.<br><br></div>
