[OldNorth] Agenda for Thursday's Old North Meeting 6pm via Zoom

Attached is the agenda for Thursday’s Old North Davis Neighborhood Association meeting. Note two major items for discussion:

  1.  Board goals for 2023
  2.  Presentation by potential developer of the Hibbert site and discussion of his interest in increasing number of stories allowed from 4 to 5. I have attached four graphics he has submitted.  I have also included three exhibits from the draft downtown plan that show the proposed zoning for this site.
