[OldNorth] Old North Alley Maintenance

I watched them drag a blade past our garage once, then put in maybe half an inch of gravel and spread it around in a few places.

There was no effort to remove the nearly one foot of accumulated gravel. 

We will still get several inches of rain water in our newly carpeted garage. 

Sigh. ST.
