Subject: [OldNorth] Biden sign tinkering in Old North

Today, October 10, two Biden Campaign signs in the 6th and E area were 
tampered with. One was turned upside down and the other thrown on the 
ground.

Video of the first instance, at about 6:19 am, appears to show a mature 
female (it was still the dead of night when filmed). Two video clips of 
that person are available at:
