Old North Board and Interested Parties,

Enclosed is a notice from the city regarding a proposed garage demolition and replacement.  From my quick read it seems like a nice improvement.  Any comments to the city are due by February 3rd, which is before our next board meeting.

Hi all,  The contractor is the same one I used, Joe Albertazzi. He does great work at the right price . Very kind man. They probably saw the board and batten garage he built for me. Really glad to be in the loop with these requests. Gerrit.
