[OldNorth] Updated Draft Letter on Downtown Plan

ONDNA Board and Interested Parties,

Enclosed is a revised draft letter from the ONDNA on the city’s Downtown Plan.  This incorporates issues discussed at last night’s meeting.  I have highlighted additions in red.  A few issues we discussed (e.g., consider allowing greater setbacks in Main Street Medium zoning) were already included in the prior draft so I have not highlighted that text.

This letter is due to the city on Tuesday.  I hope to send our final copy Monday at noon.  I would appreciate any comments by Sunday evening or first thing Monday.
