[OldNorth] Draft Appendix to ONDNA Downtown Plan Comment Letter

Board and interested parties,

Attached is a draft appendix proposed to be included with the Old North Comment letter on the city’s Downtown Plan.  This is more technical in nature and focuses on the draft zoning code which is the regulatory document to implement the plan.  This is for consideration at this evening’s Board meeting (6pm, Hattie Weber Museum).
