Below is the city’s notice that the draft Downtown Specific Plan has been released.  This begins the 90-day comment period.  Please note the link for details about briefing meetings and other events regarding the draft plan.  We will discuss the draft plan at our next board meeting.

Draft Downtown Davis Specific Plan Public Review Period
The City of Davis is pleased to release the Draft Downtown Davis Specific Plan and Draft Downtown Form Based Code. There will be 90-day public review and comment period on the draft documents beginning on October 14, 2019 and ending on January 14, 2020.

Document Availability
The draft documents are available at:

During the review period, opportunities for the public to learn about the draft plan will be provided and will include public meetings. Public Comments
The public is welcome to provide comments, which should be submitted no later than by 5:00 p.m. on January 14, 2020.
