Tom,

Attached is a letter to the Planning Commission on 628 C Street. As that letter indicates I am unable to be at the public hearing. Consequently, I request my comments be forwarded by staff to the Planning Commissioners. I have copied Lou Fox on this message so that he has a copy of my comments.

The focus of my comments is on clarifying the review process on future projects in Old North that involve significant or complete demolition. My comments are not intended to oppose or delay the project at 628 C Street.
