So did the electronic notice go out in time?  I’m assuming it did, given the competence of those involved.  Next to do is walk the hood with paper announcements under doormats.I  I can do G Street. I have no edits to the minutes, as they look fine and accurate to me. Great job, Mr. Secretary…

I circulate these rough draft minutes a bit earlier than usual to underscore the Annual Meeting process we discussed during this meeting.  The annual meeting requires 21 day notice.  As our meeting is the 20th, this would necessitate electronic notice by May 31st.
