[OldNorth] Three legacy ON street signs to leave up

Hi John M,

Motoring along 5th Street today, it came to mind that _*three*_ of the 
18 special Old North street signs are not on street sign poles!

This is relevant because if the City is going to take down all the 
special ON street signs, there are three they could just as well leave 
up because they are on sign poles.

l. Starting from the east, there is one on the electric pole at the tracks.

2. The second is on a parking sign in front of Hibberts on G Street.

3. The third is also on a parking sign and on B street just north of 5th.

I suggest we treat these three as legacies of sort and ask to the City 
to leave them alone. (They appear to be situated such that no one has 
ever stolen one of them, unlike many others.)
