[OldNorth] Picnic Day is Lemon Time!

I very specifically waited unti Sunday to pick the lemons.  The last
thing we needed on Picnic Day would have been a trough-full of lemons
for the taking and using!

On the safety zone issue, I'm agnostic.  It may have pushed folks out
a little bit...I do think that the most important thing was the
self-policing by establishments downtown.  My biggest gripe is that
the city should put port-a-potties downtown for the day.  Public
urination is awful, but I sort of don't blame people when there are no
restrooms within a four-block radius and every establishment has a
long line to get in and is at capacity.  Actually, I noticed that as
early as the parade, when little kids needed to go (although there
were three at Farmers Market).
